Ethan Coble is USN Retired and Merchant Mariner Credential as2nd Mate Unlimited. He has enjoyed an extensive, 20-year career with the US Navy in senior enlisted leadership overseeing navigation, shipping, operations, force protection and project management.  

He spent more than four years with the U.S. Coast Guard as a Waterways Management Specialist conducting maritime analysis to develop and maintain Marine Transportation System.  

Mr. Coble has also volunteered with local Sea Scout Ship educating and mentor Scouts on safe recreational boating activities. He has collaborated with the Coast Guard Auxiliary to train youth in maritime regulations.
