About the WSF Completed Project Archive
The Water Sports Foundation has executed 56 Recreational Boating Safety outreach projects since receiving its first grant from the United States Coast Guard in 2011. Many projects have been renewed for multiple years, including our flagship Safe Boat, Safe Paddle and Spanish-language outreach campaigns. Others, such as our award-winning Public Relations and Ride Dry, Drive Dry sober boating project, have run their course and are archived here. Finally, successful elements of several past projects have been incorporated into new integrated campaigns. These include the story-based Lessons for Life project (now part of our New Media campaign), as well as Retailer Targeted and Wake Responsibly, both now part of our broader Industry Partnerships project). Content from each of these completed projects is archived here.
