Gail R. Kulp is the Executive Director of national, non-profit organization, Sea Tow Foundation, headquartered in Southold, NY. Gail works remotely from Pennsylvania and travels to the Long Island office as well as around the country to conferences, meetings, boat shows and events to promote the organization and its programs including the Sober Skipper and Life Jacket loaner programs.
