Officials are warning boaters about the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning, which was blamed in the 2016 death of 16-year-old Raven Little-White, who drowned after hanging out on a boat’s swim platform. This report aired on ABC’s Good Morning America on July 27, 2017.
